My life is filled with great friends and fulfilling experiences along the way that spark joy in my personal growth and environment. My roommate is pictured here on the mountain with me, and you can see just a few of the activities we do in Colorado! The green-eyed furbaby is my cat, Â Ruby. My younger sister found her on the side of the road when I was in undergrad. I decided to take her in as my own, which I am grateful for. She is the best thing that has ever happened to me and is an emotional support certified cat! The mountains are gorgeous here, but I am a lake girl at heart. I grew up on the water in Michigan my entire life! Nature can play an integral part in someone's healing journey, and we can utilize the world around us to foster a better healing environment for ourselves. We forget that reconnecting with the earth is a beautiful grounding experience and can inspire change within us without us fully realizing it. Ultimately, though, I decided to open my practice here in Colorado because I see a need for more therapeutic services, and the mountains, won me over in the end. It is so fun to ski on real mountains and hike to find extremely blue lakes here, making me have more gratitude for the nature I have access to every day! I enjoy integrating holistic and somatic therapeutic techniques with clients to give authenticity and collaboration to my sessions that they may not always find in other practices! I look forward to working together if you decide to pick up where you left off in therapy with me, Kyrstin!
