Late cancellations or no shows to scheduled appointments will incur a late fee per my disclosure statement. If we find a time to reschedule, I waive the late cancellation fee.
This does not apply to Medicaid clients.
Medicaid patients are accepted, but please discuss with my intake team at Mindful Therapy Group about your specific medicaid plans if it is not listed on the in-network health insurance list. This may require you, the client having to call your health insurance provider or case manager, if known, to ensure that they will pay for your therapeutic services with me!
If extra due diligence is required on your part to confirm payment by your health insurance, please reach out to me as well! I can assist in ensuring you are connected to billing properly and help you understand your policy better.
I do offer crisis intervention services, but this is billed separately from individual appointments, depending on your health insurance plan.
Payment cycles are controlled and run by my Partnership with Mindful Therapy Group. Our payment cycle is set up for auto-charging the card on file on Mondays for any patient balances. If you ever have questions regarding charges, please ask Mindful Support Services at (425)-640-7009. I can help gain clarity on these issues when needed as well.
Sliding scale rates are determined by me and depend on the situation. If you are paying out of pocket for services, let me know if that could become a barrier to your success, and we can work together to create avenues that make it easier to be seen for therapy.
