Some Policies Worth Knowing!

• Late cancellations or no shows to scheduled appointments will incur a late fee per my disclosure statement

  • This does not apply to Medicaid clients. 

Medicaid patients are accepted, but please discuss with my intake team at Mindful Therapy Group about your specific medicaid plans if it is not listed on in in-network health insurance list. This may require you, the client having to call your health insurance provider or case manager, if known, to ensure that they will pay for your therapeutic services with me! 

If extra due diligence is required on your part to confirm payment by your health insurance, please reach out to me as well! I can assist in ensuring you are connected to billing properly and help you understand your policy better. 

I do offer crisis intervention services, but this is billed separately from individual appointments, depending on your health insurance plan
