Some Policies Worth Knowing!

• Late cancellations or no-shows to scheduled appointments will incur a late fee, as stated in my disclosure. If we reschedule, I waive the late cancellation fee.

  • Late cancellation notice outside my 24 hour window of necessary notifcation is $60 unless i have a time slot to reschedule.

  • No-show with no contact to me for the reason by the end of the business day of the no-show appointment is an automatic $60.

  • This does not apply to Medicaid clients. Please still respect my policies, as I reserve the right to cancel appointments after repeated late cancels and no-shows. 

Medicaid patients are accepted, but please discuss with my intake team at Mindful Therapy Group about your specific medicaid plans if it is not listed on the in-network health insurance list. This may require you to call your health insurance provider or case manager, if known, to confirm they will pay for my therapeutic services.

I offer crisis intervention services, but they're billed separately from individual appointments, depending on your health insurance plan.

Payment cycles are controlled and run by my Partnership with Mindful Therapy Group. Our payment cycle is set up for auto-charging the card on file on Mondays for any patient balances. We send a statement to your email on file every Friday. If you ever have questions regarding charges, please ask Mindful Support Services at (425)-640-7009. I can also help clarify these issues when needed.

I determine sliding scale rates based on the situation. If you are paying out of pocket for services, let me know if that could become a barrier to your success, and we can work together to create avenues that make it easier to be seen for therapy.
